This is a firm effective massage of the shoulders, neck and scalp using some pressure point work. This releases tension in the scalp, neck and shoulder muscles.
You will relax and unwind whilst listening to gentle soothing music. A warm nourishing essential oil blend is used to enhance the sensory experience (can be performed with or without oils to the scalp).
