About Us
Essential Healing Direct is lead by Aarti Shah (Member Of Complementary Therapists Association), a highly qualified therapist, who is a graduate from an internationally renowned complementary medicine school. 
With over 10 years experience she has the skills and knowledge to assess and treat not only your symptoms but also the root cause of your problems.
Aarti combines all her skills from the various therapies she practises when treating clients. She specialises in deep tissue aromatherapy massage using acupressure points to release deep tissue muscular tension, particularly in the back, neck and shoulders.
Each treatment is tailored to the individual needs of the client.
Essential Healing Direct is based in Southgate and is able to provide therapies in Enfield and Barnet and the surrounding areas.
